Portuguese Chorizo / Chouriça Fumeiro de Barroso - (+/-200g)

Having lived in the Serra of mid Portugal from the end of the 80,s this is the best i have found for flavour and i will be making my version of Pork and bean stew with this wonderfull Portuguese Chorizo

I lived & worked in Portugal for a few years in the 90s, loved the food and especially the local dish feijoada, its unique taste using smoked sausage and sorts, i have never been able to find anything that comes close...until now!
