We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. 5. Shipping Policy

We strive to ensure your products are delivered intact and on time. However, in instances where all items in an order do not fit into a single box, we may remove bulky packaging (e.g., cereal boxes) to optimise space. The original packaging will still be sent but may be separate from the product itself.

6. Product Images and Variability

Please note that manufacturers may update product packaging for seasonal events or branding changes. Consequently, the packaging you receive may differ slightly from the image displayed on our website. The product itself remains unchanged despite such variations.

Due to the perishable nature of some of our products, we generally do not accept returns. Exceptions are made only if a product is received damaged or defective. In such cases, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt, providing photographic evidence where applicable.
